QB, the jets fell apart against the Pats when Pennington held the ball too long and was sacked and fumbled. Huge mistake, they were in that game and playing well until Pennington coughed it up.

Pennington is not, nor will he ever be the answer for the jets......... he has no arm strength, and sucks under pressure.

I think the Jets need to look at a new QB. Pennington has trouble throwing the deep ball, and throwing the ball with any speed. He has two excellent receivers in Coles and Crotchery, yet Pennington's arm strength is so-so at best. The Jets could also try to get some help on the defense line. Ellis and Robertson hold their own, yet if it wasn't for the Jets strong secondary and linebackers the defensive line's weaknesses would be more obvious. As far as running backs, Leon Washington had a decent year, no where close to a 1,000 yards, then again he was a team of three running backs along with Barlow and Houston. A strong ground game of course would have helped Pennington.

WR. Pennington finally managed to get it (How to be a good QB) and they do not have a terrible RB. But maybe they could also try a defensive person

i think they truly need a shut down corner, if you have one side of the field completely on lock down, it allows you to be more creative with your defense. Andre Dyson and Justin Miller are athletic but they lack the skills to be shutdown corners, and Chad Pennington wasnt the problem, hes the one who guided them in the playoffs in the first place.
