The first thing you have to do is take it a little easy so that you don't inflame your shoulder again. If you do little exercises like raising and lowering your shoulder, rolling your shoulder, reach out in every direction, and small exercises should help. If you can, swimming is the best exercise for any tendonitis. Not sprinting but swimming a few laps here and there and even if your just floating around or hanging with your friends you'll be moving your shoulder and it'll help strengthen it.

I had it when I was younger , My doctor had me every morning
stand in the shower under as hot as water that I could stand
While the shower is beating on your shoulder face the
wall and walk your fingers up and down the shower wall
min. 15 minutes a day.. have your finger tips touch the wall
and walk your 3 middle fingers up and down the wall 2 or 3
feet, I got better and I started lifting never got it back, It was in my right shoulder I absolutely could not wash or polish my car
