This really depends on what cell you are viewing and how it is stained. You may see the plasma membrane, the nucleus, and the cytoplasm. Most organelles will appear as tiny little bubbles r dots when you use a standard school-issue light microscope.

I would assume that you are using only a light microscope and that your animal cells are stained, therefore it would be difficult for you to see much more than the cell membrane, the cytoplasm and the nucleus (with the darker-stained chromatin).
