I highly doubt there will be a replacement. I think Shawn will do the DX bit a little longer, and then he'll go back to being just Shawn Michaels.

I think they'll just have to break up. The DX angle was only supposed to run through the summer anyhow. That combined with the fact that they've faced off with all the top heals already.

I think there's a chance that just because Paul is hurt, doesn't mean that we won't see him. Think about what happened when Stone Cold broke his neck. He wasn't wrestling for quite some time, but we still saw him on Raw every week.
