When I wake up in the morning
On the way to work
At lunch time
On the way home from work
At home after work, usually on the computer
On TV at supper time
In the garage while working on things
In bed w/ timer set for about 30 minutes as I fall asleep.

in case you're smitten by something this is totally very own to you. It sounds to me such as you think of of listening to your track as a private undertaking. this is like examining a e book. you do not elect somebody else examining over your shoulder simply by fact it unnerves you.
