It should be vinegar since every bit of it is vinegar and nothing else. By the term homogeneous you mean "all the same." Everything else you list is a mix of other substances.

Smoke is not even some concentrations are larger than others so it is not homogeneous, the same can be said about fog.
Soft Drinks are made with Syrup which is combination of caramel, sweeteners and other products so it is not homogeneous.
Whipped Cream is cream with air mixed into it therefore it isn't homogeneous either.

Only something that is pure, made up of one substance and fills the space uniformly is a homogeneous substance.
