Anybody remember the character Quina form FF9? I'm just curious, do you beleive he/she ws male or female? The game leaves that open referring to Quina as (s)he or him/her. Or maybe the Qu's have no exact gender. What do you think?

i think the Qus are actually like snails. they are androgenous and it doesn't really matter what they are. eventually, when they breed, one would decide which gets pregnant.
i always thought of quina as a girl because the name ends with an A, because it marries vivi, and because it kinda looks like a girl

I'm not sure but Quina's name sounds like a female name and Quina also looks like a female.

I think Quina was a female as she could marry Vivi. Plus, she wore a dress, but then again, Final Fantasy does have a lot of effeminate men (Tidus and Kuja).

Well, if I recall correctly, you never find out. It's anyone's guess, but I'd bank on it being a female. Sorry I couldn't help you more.
