It seems to me that the trial has turned into a political circus. Or maybe they are waiting for all the other countries to give their opinions on Saddam first to see what to do with the remaing bunch of killers.

It's ashame because other more efficent countries would have taken care of everything in at least 30 days.

Now you have the UN , the Vatican, and pretty soon the entire
Middleeast jumping in with their own opinions about somebody elses's country if you know what I mean.

dude, this was an incredibly fast execution by US standards. People in the us often sit on death row through the appeal process and such for 10+ years. 3 years for saddam is very fast.

Because those people are innocent.Iraqi and US govs. are concerned the negative reactions against the more executions.
