Go to the ER. On the way there call your doctor so that she can be admitted and will not have to wait in the ER for very long. Her experience in the ER will vary greatly depending on how far along in her pregnancy she is.
I had 2 miscarriages and they both started off with bleeding. She needs to see the Doc ASAP!

Depends how far along she is. Some women bleed in the beginning of their pregnancy. How much is she bleeding? Spotting or a heavy flow?
Call 911 or take her to the ER!
Good Luck

She should lay down and call the Doctor-emergency room. They will help her decide if she needs to come in. She may need an ultrasound to find out what the cause is.
You don't say if there is lots of blood, and if she is cramping or how far along she is. These all will be factors in what the Drs will decide.

well it depends on why she is bleeding.
If she hasnt been to a doc yet then take her immediately. Some causes of bleeding during PG are producing too much lining, ectopic, miscarriage, or placental abruption.
If it is a condition where she is put on bed rest (wich is likely iof she is not miscarrying) then try to help her as much as you can
