they are really low in the pelvic are like menstrual cramps but alot worse not sure wat to do its been going on for like 3 hours

it could be braxton hix, but since they are getting worse I think you should go to the ER or your doc if available. Just to make sure you are not going into pre term labor.

Call your doctor, most times they have an answering service and you can tell them you are 21 weeks pregnant and having cramps and they will take down your number and have your doc call you back with what to do!
