WHAT SHOULD FOR MY SISTER. SHE HAS ON SHILD ALREADY AND NOW SHE IS THREE DAYS LATE FOR HER PERIOD SO SHE DID A PREGNACY TEST IT CAME OUT POSITIVE AND SHE CALLED HER DOCOTER AND GOT BLOOD WORK DONE THAT CAM POSITIVE SO SINCE SHE IS PREGNANT FOR THE SECOND TIME WHAT SHOULD GET HER FOR A GIFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM SO HAPPY FOR HER AND SHE HOPES SHE IS GOING TO HAVE A BOY BUT RIGHT NOW SHE HAS A 2 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations!!!! I don't know your sister so I can't help you pick a gift! She will need some help in the upcoming days with her two year old because pregnancy can be exhausting, maybe you could offer to help her out around the house or babysit for her.

Actually, offering to help care for the older child once the little one is born would be a wonderful gift for her and the older child. I have met very few children that don't like spending time with their auntie, and she will appreciate the break to care for the baby. And all it costs you is time and love.

Congrat's 1st off......This may sound kinda cheesy but if she has a 2 year old she may love it and it is priceless....
Make a coupon book with things that you will do for her....she can cut them out and you can do them.....ex. watch 2 year old for the day..... ex. Do dishes and clean house....ect. ect.
Just little things that would help her tremendously....

every thing you got for the first one you think she has every thing she needs for an infant?that would be a "no"she has a two yr old right now.she needs things for the baby every thing again!you start over with every child.

Get her something for the baby. Get something that will be appropriate for both a girl or a boy.
