with tmobile, in order for you to access the web with out extra charges you have to subscribe with their t-zones, I think its 5.99 per month not sure but thats better coz you will have unlimited access to t-mobile web, unlike if you dont have that feature u will be billed by kilobyte and I am not sure how much it wil cost you, so if you surf a lot its better to get that feature to avoid overage charges,

Yes I believe it does. ON any cell or computer it cost money to go online.

Depends on the plan you have with them. If you have the internet on your phone it takes up your minutes when you go on it, airtime.
