Tensional. Things are getting pushed in, so you get the two sides of the fault sliding closer together, or more accurately, the hanging wall moves up the foot wall.
A normal fault is caused by extensional forces, where things get pulled apart.

Reverse faults occur in areas undergoing compression. The hanging wall rises relative to the footwall.
