I am more than happy to. There is a difference between illegal and immoral, though. Cheating on one's wife (Clinton), lying (pretty much any politician), fathering illegitimate children (Jesse Jackson) - I consider these immoral. They are not illegal, however. Not everyone has the same "morals" as I do, nor should I expect them to.
Of course there are many who have broken the law and were punished - Studds, Rostenkowski, Marion Barry, etc.
Still waiting on indictments for Ted Kennedy, but money talks...
The difference is that Democrats have never claimed (nor could they) the moral high-ground as Republicans have. Which is more despicable - someone who robs you or someone who robs you while telling you how moral he is?

It seems you are making a very generalized statement about Liberals. I am Liberal and I dont condone many of the things that Liberals do. There are extreme people/groups in each party. The fringe on either side is going to do their own thing regardless.
In order for this question to be answered you need to give specific examples and names of these "indefensible things" you are talking about.

HAH you don't see it because you don't look. Go through my answers... you'll find myself insulting people left and right. I'm sick of liberal extremists claiming everything is Bush's fault or that he's Hitler or that he was behind 9/11... I hate that.
But at least we agree they're wrong.
We still can't get a consensus that you're wrong too. I consider you "off the boat" when you generalize that the other side is always wrong. Therefore, you're OFF THE BOAT.

None of the indefensible things you listed are any of your business. Put your nose back into your bible where it belongs, and keep it out of other people's bedrooms. That's sick...and proves you have a dirty mind.

More of the stuff you say you are sick of hearing. Extremists on either side of the aisle are nothing but ranting people full of hatred for the other side. Were you writing anyone after the House Ethics Committee did nothing about the Foley matter? Oh, I forgot, they knew nothing also.

Why are you so bitter? You lost get over it. Or you could ask Foley, the same question. Conservatives have opposed same sex unions for many years, they often point to the Bible verse, where have you been? How can you even say that Conservatives have not tried to legislate morality? You need to read more about your own party.
Abortion is a non issue.

I despise extremists from either end of the spectrum. Those from the right, however, seem to be the ones capable of the most destruction.

I don't defend perverts, because perverts are not defendable. The problem is, some Conservatives seem to think anything that doesn't fit into their preconceived notions of "right" is perverse. Perhaps your question should have been more specific.

You need to be more specific. The only recent incidents I can recall involved Republicans and they went into overtime covering that Foley mess. Liberals had nothing to do with that one.
