It's the skull, vertebral column, thoracic cage, auditory ossicles, and hyoid bone. We'll start with the skull: It consists both cranial and facial bones. Roof of the skull is the Calvaria ( 8 bones): 1 frontal bone, 2 parietial bones, 2 temporal bones, 1 occipital bone, 1 sphenoid bone, and 1 ethmoid bone. Next we have the 14 facial bones: 2 lacrimal bones, 2 nasal bones, 2 maxillae, 2 zygomatic bones, 2 palatine bones, 2 inferior nasal conchae, 1 mandible, and 1 vomer. Hope this helps.

The axial skeleton (as its name suggests) provides the axis of the body to which everything else is attached. So the axial skeleton is the cranium and vertebral column. The appendicular skeleton consists of the "attachments", these are the shoulder and pelvic girdles and the arms and legs! Good luck

The axial skeleton consists of the bones in the head and trunk of the human body. It is composed of : the human skull, the ossicles of the inner ear, the hyoid bone of the throat, the chest, and the vertebral column.

the skull, vertebrae (3 parts the cervical, thoracic and lumbar regions), ribs, sternum, sacrum, and coccyx. *note, even though the pelvic bone is in the same region as the sacrum and coccyx it is not considered part of the axial skeleton
