Yes, it really is. Some people just can't handle the truth. They're American, but they hate our country. I sure do wish they'd leave.

What so hard yo understand that the Iraqi government are hand picked players in the Bush quest to destroy American way of life. Is it so hard to understand what the Bush agenda consists of. Have you ever read any history of the Bush family? Why not check it out Mr.Mohawk, while you are at it, tell me who originally funded terrorism by Bin Laden & Saddam , it wasn't Mother Goose , nit wit ! The Iraqi government is the U.S. Government, lock stock and barrel. Bush's plan for 20,000 additional troops consists of using those troops to go door to door , house to house slaughtering the innocent civilians, and childern of Iraq. This is down right murder anyway you spell it fool. Talk about genocide, we are trying to eradicate all the people of Iraq. Do you know what goes down when our G.I.'s go door to door in Iraq.

The Iraqi government was ELECTED by the Iraq people NOT the US. So, the Iraqi's killed Sadam, by a trial in their courts. It was THEIR decision to hang the man, not OURS. Guess people selectively forget all of those blue fingers that represented a vote for their new government.

Why do you think the Bush administration was trying to get the Iraqis to slow down?

Even they knew this was going to play out bad for America. If America has custody - turns Hussein over to the Iraqis - and the Iraqis immediately hang him - what does it look like to you?

Then what did it mean when Bush said the Iraqis could elect whoever they wanted - as long as America approved?

Yes, it is very hard for people to understand that the US had nothing to do with Saddam's execution. But that's how it works. Someone from another country doesn't like the position they are in. They can always take the easy way out and blame america, people will follow. Go USA.

That's a distinction without any meaning.

The counter argument to what you are saying is that the Iraqi govt is a govt under occupation.

As exampled by the first reply, the loopy leftys see EVERYTHING as an opportunity to bash the President. The truth doesn't even enter into it. They want America to be the bad guy no matter what. They've hated America since Fat Albert lost the election in 2000. It's their sick, twisted hatred of the President.

OK, picture the AVERAGE intelligence of most people - HALF are dumber than that. Now do you understand why people will believe whatever story they are fed? Hell, I heard on the news that we wanted to delay the execution and weren't happy with how it was carried out, but then again, I'm paying attention (and don't get my "news" from Comedy Central).

Only for liberals who refuse to believe that Iraqis can govern themselves and make any sort of progress by themselves. Iraq is an emerging democracy, and this was an important step for their future stability and security. Go Iraq! Stand up for what's right! God Bless America for giving them the capability!

Is it really that hard for you to understand WHY? Iraq is a country under occupation. They HAVE no autonomous government.
