It has a personal meaning to most.

In other countries, it's socially acceptable and is very common but it has no true, significant, deep meaning. It's just an expression of the piercing culture.

The meaning of the eyebrow piercing, is something you chose to do.....if you didn't want it, then why get it....But most of the time, the point of the getting the eye pierced is b/c of the kewl lil jewelry we get to wear.

I don't think there is any meaning for it other than stating you want to be thought of as an individual. Piercing is a matter of self-expression to tell the world "Hey look at me"

It means you have a piercing on your eyebrow for decorative purposes...that's all.

There is no point. It's just there for show. Why, I want to ask you, would you get something pierced and not know it's significance? Seems kinda silly to me.

Well, I would say the meaning would be that the person who has one is foolish to do that to his or her body, but that may be just my meaning.

Pure fashion statement nothing else.....it puts you in a non conformist group to what society considers the 'norm'
