Mine hurt for about 3 weeks then it started to taper off in the 7th week. I thought I was going to miscarry again but things are so far so good. I can't remember my other children -when I was pg with them. Its amazing how much you forget once that bundle of joy is in your loving arms.

Well... first 2 weeks of pregnancy you're not really pregnant. Doctor's just measure from your last period because it's easier then trying to find out exactly when you ovulated (measuring 40 weeks in gestation instead of 38 which is actual). But if you mean the first two weeks after ovulation then yea... you can get tender breasts in this time, usually not until week 3 & 4 though.

I don't know that it is a rule of thumb or anything... But mine hurt so bad during the first trimester that I slept in sports bras because the pain would wake me up!!! Also I leaked colostrum every night from like week 12 or 13. Every"body" is different!

Yes it does. This happens because you are new to having a baby in your womb and your body sends "messages" to your breasts that say there is a baby coming soon. Get ready to feed it. This may sound weird, but it's the truth.
