It should be blowing out. Intake should come at the front and side panel of your computer.

It is blowing air out to remove the heat inside the case.

Generall their is an intake fan in the front of the computer, and then an exhaust fan on the back. The power supply also has an exhaust fan on the back. Some fancier cases have multiply exhaust fans, and some even have intake fans on the side.

The fan by the battery blows while the other one lower than it blow out...theres another one thats blows on the CPU ...so theres 3 all together...
