My schools website for registration and things like that does not support Safari as a browser. SO I can't do what I need to do. I need to know of another browser that might work. I am running the latest version of Mac OS X. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

some stupid sites just check the browser's name and cough up without even trying.

there are several browsers that will FAKE their id and pass off as internet explorer.

camino for the mac (a firefox offshoot)
opera for the mac

I've used them both and they fake it pretty well, unless the site is using horrible microsoft extensions!

One of the more popular free third-party browsers available today is Mozilla's Firefox Browser. It's available for download at http://www.getfirefox.com/.

Mozilla firefox? I don't knwo if that's compatible with mac. I use Flashpeak Slimbrowswer but I'm quite sure that's not compatible with mac. Go to www.download.com and look for those browsers compatible with macs.

Firefox free and easy to use. Plus it is supported by multiple operating systems so it should work.
