Im so new at this whole thing! What sort of classes are there and how much do they cost? I want to know everything I can to be a good first time Mommy!

Talk to your doctor or even contact the local Hospital where you will be delivering. Our hospital offers what they call "Hello Babe" classes that last about 6wks. I was told to besure that they would be done at least 2 wks before my due date. Since the classes are at the hospital, they include a tour of the maternity and labor and delivery floor, as well as getting to meet some of the local pediatricians accepting new patients. Costs will be different depending on where you are, mine will only be $5 dollars. Also check your insurance, if they cover the costs, they may have some information on local classes available. That is how I learned about the one at my hospital, got information sent to me by my insurance company.

your doctors office will let you know when they are--they are usually a month & a half before your due date
Im due in 2 weeks and my classes started at the end of November-there were 7 total.
the cost really depends on where you live I think- the cost for mine was 40.00--but my insurance covered them.

they have them at hospitals go like a month before your due you dont need to go to alot of classes learn the breathing and lsten to what they tell u to bring it helps alot more than ppl say , some are freee ask ur hospital if they cost money it shouldnt be much
