If you scrape off the powder on matches and packed it thightly into a copper pipe with both ends closed thightly using copper caps, would the ignition of match powder (using a fuse) be strong enough to burst through the copper pipe?

Match heads are not explosives. They need the oxygen in the air to burn and even then they don't burn explosively.
Please understand that you will be getting misleading information on this forum regarding most any question that sounds like how to make a bomb or explosive.
I realize bombs fascinate some people but this obsession shows a lack of understand of the use of chemistry to benefit people instead of harming them.
