Probably not. Most likely you will have a little bit of a limp the first couple of days. You should probably take it easy the first couple of days after having the cast taken off.

Good Luck!

I have broken both my arms and had knee surgery on both my knees. I have broken my ring finger, my nose, my jaw, one of my toes and I partially crushed my left shin bone. Just call me mister glass. - The muscles in your leg will be weak from lack of use. In 24 hours you will be able to walk but take it easy. Give your muscles time to get their strength back. Both my arms took at least a week once I got the cast off before they started feeling strong again. And remember this ... once you have broken a bone it will always be the weakest where the break was. Just like the weakest link in a chain. A chain is only as strong as it's weakest link. After two weeks you most likely will not notice a difference. Sorry to hear about your leg but I bet you got a lot of cool signatures on your cast. One of my casts didn't even look white anymore for all the signatures and graffiti all over it. 8~)

Expect the joints that were casted to be a bit stiff for a while. Those joints and muscles haven't been used for a while so it will take some time and exercise to get everything back to normal

No; it'll take you a while to get your 'land legs' back. I just got out of a full leg cast for breaking my right kneecap!
