I wouldn't know, I can see just about any movie, I don't really pay attention to the ratings symbols... Why do you need to know? Will your parents not let you go or something? It is probably because of the sexual humor in it and "crude" language

Just look in the small print in the rating box of the poster. It will state why it was rated PG-13.
