Remember how Seau got to the Pats? He retired from the Dolphins, then came out of retirement a few days later and signed with the Pats.

Does anybody else think this is what Tiki Barber is planning to do?

No, Tiki just doesn`t have the passion for the game anymore. He can make more money outside of football and retire while he is still healthy and at the top of his game.

Guess I haven't been paying attention to Seau much. I thought he was with the Chargers, not the Dolphins...guess I'll have to hone my search skills...hehe. I don't think Tiki will do that though. I think he's a great guy with a lot of integrity. I wouldn't know this but I listen to "The Barber Shop" on Sirius NFL Radio and Tiki and Ronde are the hosts. He seems pretty much on the "up and up". I like him and wish he would go with a team that could be more productive on a regular basis. (It's a shame the Broncos don't need him...hehe).

No, Tiki Barber is sure of his decision. I think Seau is done as well (again)

Tiki Barber has more sense than that and i don't think he's the type of guy to betray his team's trust to go to another team.

Nope, Tiki says he doesn't have "passion" for the game, and I believe him.

I hope not.
But, Al Davis may throw a bundle of money at him and then he will be embarrassed just like Eric Dickerson.

Wouldn't that cause a problem with that little 10 year network TV contract he signed?
