Many CD writers will have their own softwares. You can use that software to write your files onto a cd.

Another option is to open up a window explorer (assuming that you have Windows). Then click on to your CD drive (with a blank cd in there).

Then drag and drop your files/pictures into the cd. You'll then have to right click on the CD drive and close the cd so that other computers can read it.

If you leave the cd alone without closing it, other cd reader (from different computers) won't be able to read it.

Make a new folder (name it what you want) Family pictures

copy (Drag and drop) all the pics into that folder

then place a Blank CD rom into the drive. then goto the folder and open it up, click on the files side and then select all and copy to the CD
