There are all the jobs that any unskilled liberal arts major could get PLUS ones that utilize the skills you acquire to earn your BFA.

As a dance major, you would still take a solid distribution of liberal arts classes, so you would still learn how to research and analyze information and write papers. But you also get hands-on experience in the performing arts - experience that can lead to a wide variety of jobs from event planning, community organizing, recreational education, etc, to the typical arts management positions. And all of that is beyond the obvious dance-related jobs (performing and teaching).

Nothing is guaranteed just because you graduate with a degree in dancing. Producers, agents and other industry folks look at your ability to dance, move and learn choreography. Major in something else and minor in dance. This way, God forbid you should get hurt and can't dance for a living, you'll still have a degree you can use.

Remember - the career of a dancer is usually short so plan accordingly. :)

Good luck! :)
