You're dreaming, right?...lol. I wish. Some companies give their employees a cost of living increase, but not many. While I think it's great the minimum wage goes up, what about the rest of us? This is an issue I've had many discussions with many people about. I believe everyone should get a cost of living raise. Not only that, but the jobless rate the government says is at an all-time low is very misleading. While alot of people may be working, most people are not making what they should be. People are settliing for low paying jobs.

at my work we do, we get a minimum wage raise plus cost of living
