Without a doubt Kazou Matsui. The idiot can't go to his left. he literally had to run a circle around the ball. You think the Mets would have noticed that prior to signing him.

They all sucked except Cameron. Cameron was fine by me, he was hurt all the time, but stuck it the end of his first year when many would have shut it down and hit what 30 HRs - which was the Mets CF record until this year- despite nagging injures. He was also injured most of his second year, thanks in part to the collision with Beltran, which wasn't either of their faults.
I choose Kaz was the worst because, not only did he annually tease us with an opening day HR, then suck the rest of the way, but his presence also affected Reyes. Remember, they moved Reyes to second and he was completely lost. He was too worried about his defense to learn anything at the plate.

Mo Vaughn because he had a huge contract and basically did nothing for them, always hurt.
Cam was dissapointing, but he was only there for one year, it could've been just an off-season for him.
I don't remember Baerga.
Kaz was the second most dissapointing, he just was never that good and really just doesn't possess the talent.
Alomar was expected to big things, but could never come up. He might've been too old anyway.

Mo Vaughn. He went from MVP to albatross. He cost the Mets a lot of money. Honorable mention goes to Bobby Bonilla in my opinion.

i'd say kaz because roberto alomar was kinda old when he came to the mets, cameron was good but he got injured badly(his outfield collision) and everybody knew vaughn wasn't going to be that great, and bagera from the start is horrible. when kaz came to new york he was suppose to be the next great thing but it seems like he wasn't

kaz matsui
bought for so much, did practically nothing
alomar was ok, then left
vaughn got old, too slow, but had plenty of juice
mike cameron wasn't too good, but had poower
and idk about baerga
so kaz matsui got so much money for nothing
so much expectation
he ended up in the dumps
useless
