I'm dealing with IBS (Irritable Bawl Syndrome) I have gone to 3 different Gastroenterologist and NO ONE has been able to give me something to make me feel better or control it. I can't live like this! Is so frustrating to not be able to have a good doctor who can heal me, that's why I'm asking you if you suffer from IBS and you are taking any medicine that is helping you please tell me so that I can try to get it. This has even change my mind about having babies because the pain is so strong that I want to heal first before I can even consider getting pregnant.

I have had IBS for over 20 years. The only thing that you can really do that help is control your diet and learn to relax. Rough veggies like lettuce and cabbage can irritate your bowl. Also milk products and chicken. Chicken is a big one that most people do not know about.
Yoga does wonders on your stress level which is a huge contributor to IBS.
Good luck.

To start the healing process you first have to change your diet to everything that is blah.... and I do mean blah. No acidic foods what so ever no salt, tomatoes, alchol, pop, ect...ect... then I got on bowtrol which really seemed to help but it is still there a little, nothing like before it is tolerable now!!!
