Does anybody know what other themes are available like Windowblinds? Or is there any software thats similar to Windows Media Center...I want to make my computer look different...Any answers or links would be appreciated....

Two options: you can download and install the Vista Transformation pack – this will install four types of user interfaces designed for Vista – or you can download the Media Center Edition theme; Simply Google both options.
