I have the same problem.
If you have a computer in your room then turn it off. Sit on your bed, a benbag chair or somewhere with a lot of space. Spread things all around you in order of importance, or whatever order you feel like doing them in.
Now, find anything you would need to get up for (pencils, pencil sharpener, food) and also lay it next to you.
Now get really comfortable and after you finish all the assignments for one subject, congratulate yourself and take a break, watch TV or eat candy for about 5 minutes. Now do the same for all other subjects.

Look at the boring subjects as helping your interests, your true interests.
People learn in different ways. There are several learning types.
Listeners, do'ers, watchers, and people who learn just on their own.

Just remind yourself what you're working for and what you don't want to become. Fear is a great motivator! ;-) Just because a subject is boring doesn't mean it's not important.
