You have a Geo Storm. It's a decent little car. Don't ruin it.
If you get the oversized pipe, you get the negative association. If you get a rear wing, you get the negative association. The only way to trick out a japanese car without getting that negative association is to do it like the german car guys do; with subtle touches, lowering, and good rims. Skip the bodywork, skip the neon, skip the wing, skip the stickers, and keep the pipe reasonably-sized.

Get the biggest diameter exhaust tip you can and use a hose clamp to attach it to your stock muffler.
The the ugliest, most over-the-top fins-and-gills everywhere body kit you can, paint it with grey primer and mount it with pop-rivets. Leave it painted in grey primer.
Get two used front fenders, each a different color than the ones on your car and different from each other. Bolt those on but don't try to hard to get them lined up properly.
Now get a hood in yet another color from another donor car.
Get the tallest aluminum wing you can find and bolt it through the trunk lid.
Lower the car by using a torch to heat the stock coil springs on the car until they sag. Keep going until the spring is no longer in contact with either the upper or lower perch.
Get 2 used 17-inch chrome wheels where the finish is flaking off. Just 2. Mount them on the front. Put stock 14-inch steel wheels without wheel covers on the back.
Now top it off with the cheapest yet most powerful amp you can find and a home-made subwoofer in the trunk. Wire it up with some cheap leftover home speaker wire so it draws on the battery even when the car is off.
There, you should fit right in.

Just cut the muffler off and drive around like a maniac. Put a sticker on the front windshield that says Geo Racing.

8" fart pipe on the end of a 1.5" stock exhaust, stock rims in the front and cool rims in the back, primer coated body kit with wing that's taller than the car, NOS stickers, hood scoop, loud stereo system, four or more break lights, smoke machine for the exhaust.
