If your girlfriend has her period and is wearing a tampon and she has the string inside (not hanging out) but is too far up for her to reach, would you help her take the tampon out?
I am a 22 year old woman, so don't think I'm a guy.

As nasty as it is sometimes, it is a part of life. Trust me if you want to be together.... something like this is just the beginning. If something like this happens it is not a pride thing or a sex thing anymore its a health issue. Toxic shock is not a good thing, i would ask my husband for help. I would have when we were dating too. You need to help each other through life's little problems. This is the same man that helped me give birth to two children and deal with my stitches from having them. A stuck tampon is nothing compared to having your husband spray you stitches with water as you pee because you are too week to let go of the wall. Lifes Problem only get bigger..... find a man that will be there for you.

It's just a body part. I would help any of my female friends. If one of my girls was freaking out and needed help I'd help her, no point in being immature about it.
If you are too immature to deal with it then you don't need to even be anywhere near a vagina.

Yeah that actually happened to my gf recently but I was dead asleep and didn't lend a helping hand I looked for a minute but couldn't find it. The scold I felt the next morning I will definetly help her find it next time that happens.

I would rather ask him to help me than end up with toxic shock syndrome!! If he loves you and is concerned about you he should try to help.
