I've been there done it.I was 16 when i had my son,and let me tell you its not easy.I was being a wife and momma when my friends were all going to prom and dating and just having a good time.Children are such a blessing, but things should be done in order. That is very selfish of your friend to bring an innocent child into this world for her lack of love.Tell her to get a DOG!!!Children need strong guiding parents not a teenager that is going to end up doing what she wants and pushing that baby she thought she need on whoever she can get to keep it.Somany children are abused today because someone thought they wanted them until their nerves hit that breaking point.Trust me you will hit that point, and if you dont know how to handle it there is no telling what someone might do.Whatever you so try your hardest to talk her out of this.Get her to see that before you live for anyone else you have to live for yourself.

Let her parents know what is going on. If not her parents, then yours or any adult that you know that cares about her which could include a teacher, family friend, or coach. Babies are a lot of responsibility--and they poop ALL the time--and that is not something a 12 year old or a teenager needs to deal with. Talk to an adult you both trust.

volunteer at a place w/ lots of infants..or a women and children's shelter then the reality will hit that it is not all fun and games and yes the unconditional love is nice but also comes w/ unconditional responsibility.... what kind of job can you get at 16 or in the case of your friend 12 and a half... questions to ask.... how will i pay for rent? a babysitter (cuz your going to have to work)...diapers? transportation? clothing for the baby that will grow unbelievably fast... the prom you won't get to go to because you have to work or can't afford to go because you have a baby now and things are not as carefree as you thought they would be......things to think about. hope you make the right decision...

Talk to her. She is way to young to have a baby. Sixteen year olds could barely take care of themselves. If she has a baby her whole life will have to revolve around the baby. She wouldn't be able to party, hang out with friends or have a life.

Teenage pregnancies hold many health risks. Advise her to consider them and inform her parents, or if you are unable to do that, inform a school councilor who will be able to get her into a safe environment where she will be moved to a household where she has good parents. A 12 year old body is not made to have babies. A 16 year old body isn't even fully ready to have them.

I honestly have circumstances like this in the previous. some adult men won't be able to cope with the reply and it truly is continuously them that supply up the friendships, yet maximum ladies might want to like to proceed the friendships. So i don't believe of you'll have any project consisting of her. As for an suggestion, personally, even as i imagine a guy is a chum .. he's in consumer-friendly words and could continuously be a chum. fantastically after I see a male suitable chum, I see him as a brother .. so it weirded me out if he tries to make a flow.

getting pregnant early can ruin both of her life and the baby's because you need the education, and also some college just to live comfortably. A baby is a 24/7 job that robs you of years from your life and leave you with a large bill if you can't pay for it yourself.

Honey your 12 1/2 by the time she is 16 Im sure she'll have changed her mind or forgetten about it or realized it isnt the right thing to do especially if she wants to have a good future for herself. At your age alot of things are said but as you age you'll realize how wrong they are and they are reconsidered dont sweat it dont mention it to her again.

Ughhhhh.
In a way I feel bad for her, but if her main reason for having a baby is for someone to love her..... then she could not have a more wrong reason.
When you have a child, all your energy goes into making him/her happy, not the other way around.
Babies take and take, they don't give.... they can't.
If she thinks a baby is some magic cure to her "love" issues.... then she's going to be very disappointed.
