feel like I'm going to dry heave and then I start coughing and gagging and I walk around for a little and like try to count up to a high number in my head to take my mind off of it and then I start to feel the vile rising in my throat so I clasp my hands over my mouth to prevent it but it doesn't work---the throwup spews through the gap in my teeth and I watch it spray the walls as the hot, rich tasting magma from my stomach explodes through my mouth.
