I have my baby father's name (Resse) on my arm in chinese writing and my mom says i'm crazy but if nobody knows what it means then they won't have any questions. Do you think that was a bad idea because i do love him and i plan to name our child after him so it's still not a stupid thing.

Well it wasn't the brightest thing you could have done but, it's done now so make the best of it. Just be sure to put the name Resse some where in you babies name. This baby is not born yet I assume?
Is it Resse like Jesse or Reese as in Witherspoon? It could make for a cute name for a baby, boy or girl.
Who knows you guys just may make it and get married some day.....and does he have your name tattooed on his body? That should tell you a whole lot right there!

I don't think it's a real problem I mean who's gonna know, unless you spend alot of time with Chinese people. I have had serious thoughts about putting my husbands name on me, but i have it easy my son is a Jr. so if things go wrong just a couple of letters will fix that prob. Although there is an old myth that says if you tattoo someones name on you, things won't work out. But a myth is only a myth right?

well, if you actually name the baby resse then i don't think it was a stupid idea. but just so you know that when you do have it in chinese you will get questioned but only by people you know. and congrats on the pregnancy:^)

i think the question here is does he love you, would you like to get someone's name tatted on you who doesn't love you bak the way you love him...i don't know man I wouldn't do it. Unless u know for sure for sures, i mean like absolutely , positively 1000% know that he loves you bak. Then yeah go 4 it.
