Yes that is right. The clock speed is 200 with an 11 multiplier which gives you its speed of 2.2Ghz. The HyperTransport is 1000, 5 times the clock speed. This is how AMD chips work, its different than Intel chips. If you push the clock speed any higher, you should really change the HyperTransport to only 4 times the clock speed, the HyperTransport should run as close to a 1000 as possible.
