what is a psp 3.02 or 3.02 OE and what site can i get free hombrew and games for my psp version 3.02, ( my psp is not hacked or modified)
I also need a toturail on how to put homebrews in the psp

Above all don't pay for membership on any Web site that appears to offer millions of downloads for a one time fee. They don't do anything, legal or illegal, that other Web sites don't do better for free.
Currently there is no way to use homebrew with 3.02
