When I was single, I used to sleep in my underwear, but once married, I started sleeping in the nude. I have been married for 20 years and to this date, I sleep in the nude. If I go on vacation or I am at another place, then I sleep with pijamas.

Vote #2 for sleeping nude. Definatly the only way to go. Just an extra thought. Heard from docter also that your body needs time to breath, so there is a health benifait...Jim

every night....can't stand having clothing on while I sleep.
