I have the Vox Valvetronix AD15VT. How do I get a crunchy kind of distortion using the UK 80's amp model?

Crank the Gain knob all the way up. That's a small amp, so don't expect huge crunch sounds. Also, UK-style amps aren't designed for huge distortion, so go for USA Modern or whatever it's called.
