Well it all depends if you want to or not adn if its comfy. But to clarify somethign that someone said earlier, sleeping with a tampon doesnt do anything, read the things that come with it. Its okay to sleep with one in just change it before you go to bed and when you wake up.

Give your boobs a break! I guess it depends on your size, but I am a C-D (depending on the brand) and after 16-18 hours in a bra, my boobs need a break. It feels so good to take a hot shower and relax in a cami or tank top without a bra on. As for sagging when you get older if you don't wear a bra at night, it is a complete myth. Everyone's body is different, go with what you feel, but like I said, my boobs are happy to relax at night from being pushed up all day!

The only time I slept with a bra was when my children were born and I was nursing and had to. I couldn't wait to quit wearing one at night. So no, don't sleep with one.

I sleep with a bra... my mom taught me that if you don't wear at least a sports bra to bed, your bust could end up either drooping, maybe looking weirder than before. She said it happened to one of her friends once, so ever since she told me, I've worn one to bed. Plus, I can't find anything wrong when doing it!

well i sleep with a bra sometimes cuz i just forget to take it off.
i think its ok unless the bra is uncomfortable, or is too tight, cuz it can scratch you.
a pad? well you kinda have to unless you wanna change your sheets everyday
a tampon? NO
NEVER. TSS(toxic shock syndrome)
you can die if its in for too long

this doesn't have to be an awkward question for you at all....all girls wear one and all understand that we need them! but if you want to sleep in your bra thats alright. if not thats alright too....whatever is more comfy for you when you sleep at night

if you have a b cup or higher yes because it helps w/ sagging later on. the saying that you get cancer is false and was proved so awhile ago.
