Hell, if a guy wants to, he can wear them as well!
Now, the only time a fetish is WRONG is when it is taken too far. You can admire them, you can wear them, and if a woman gives you permission, you can touch her legs in them...
Now, it is WRONG if you start touching just any womans legs, steal the hose to wear them from a store or woman, or you start taking photos of people and stalking them because they are wearing hose!
So, yeah, you can have a fetish, just try to remember not to let it go to far, and try not to let it control your life...

Having the same fetish, it is not a bad thing so long as you don't let it interfere with your normal life or lead you to do some unethical behavior (stealing them, stalking women, etc.) Remember that fetishes are more common than most people think. Have fun with it, but don't get to carried away either.

There is nothing wrong with a guy liking pantyhose and wearing them. I do every day. My wife knows and she has no problem with it. In fact, she has suggested I wear when we make love.
The only people who mind seem to be pretty closed-minded. They want to tell you what to do when you are doing something that has no effect on them.

How could a guy not love pantyhose. They are one of the sexiest things about a woman. I love it so much I wear them all the time. I love them. So yes, have fun!!!

Sure it is OK. Just don't wear them to the gym or to a locker room somewhere. Panty hose do not have "Female" stamped on them. It may a little off of normal but so what. Wear them, enjoy yourself but don't try to stand up and pee. Not convenient at all.
