I would like to be an estician at a derrmetologist office doing chemical peels and waxing ect...what additional schooling do i need

i think you need a seperate certificate of diploma all together. but bcos it is one subject and not a range of subjects put into one it wont cost as much. but having your cosmetology license is an advantage of getting the job in the dermatologist. i envy you im trying to save my pennies do my cosmetology and beauty therapy course. your very lucky. I believe you can, but it all depends on the dermatologist's office. It also depends on the state in which you reside. Go to your states licensing board. That's the best way to find out. You may also respond to some job opportunities and find out that way what requirements you need to meet.

it all depends on the office and what they want. And also depends on what state you are from. Here in California, you can do micro, certain depth peels and waxings...you can work under a derm. licens and do deeper peels. They are liable for you.
