I went out on a date not long ago with this great guy but I was still separated from my husband. My date knew that but seemed a little reluctant to pursue more dates until I was officially "free". My divorce will be over in a few weeks. How do I let this guy know that I am free/divorced without sounding weird?

start a conversation with him, gradually. say something like. well now I'm free so i have to start a new life. maybe i should starting dating andget back into the swing of things. then ask him (well what do u think)? or do u habe any ideas.

be like hey wana come over to my house for a nice dinner or something along those lines or take ur ring off and show him ur hand

call him and ask him on a date. It's not the 50's anymore, women can be more forward.
