It's all marketing and they are popular celebs.... I don't believe those particular stars have any effect on image.

I had a problem with my skin when I was in my twenties also. I tried all sorts of rememdies. The biggest thing is to keep the skin clean by using a quality product. Someone mentioned Victoria Principals. That is a great product line if you can afford it. It is clean and quality. The facial wash includes toner, so you don't have to do a two step for this. The moisturizer is gentle and full of quality ingredients including spf 15. Another thing, make sure all your phones are clean and that you don't touch your face on the forehead or chin. This sounds crazy, but sometimes, the acne can be from touching your face with bacteria on your hands. Good luck on what ever you do. Proactive is a great product if you find using a good facial wash and clean/simple moisturizer is not enough.

Well I think that its okay if they use Jessica Simpson and Linsey Lohan because they seem to have perfect skin and they sell it better than normal people. But they also use regular people in the commercials. So I think it has a positive image. :)

I don't thiunk they should use any celebs. It kind of takes away from their sincerity since we know they made them big bucks to do the commercial.

I know a girl they used for advertising and her skin is very clear now. They didn't pay her at all. :/

It's just publicity. If they have enough money to pay them to do it, they must have sold a lot of products, and remember Kelly Clarkson went on TV to. You can't have any problems with her. It's up to you though. I say go for it.... but that's just me

I think they just used them as celebs with big images that will attract teens to 'be more like them'. i dont think it has anything to do with their personal scandals.

For me, the celebs that they use did not affect my decision to try it. I have used it for about 5 months and am very happy with it.
