I think it's the episode "fanning the flames" where a love spell makes Danny fall for Sam.

I remember seeing this. It's from season 2- the episode "Memory Blank"...the one where Sam said she wished she had never met Danny and Desiree grants her wish and Sam has to convince Danny that they used to be friends. Then Sam has to make him go back through the Fenton Portal so he can become Danny Phantom again since she was the one who convinced him to go through it the first time. When they do the 'fake-out make-out' in front of the portal, the heart forms in the portal.
