To be honest, I really don't see all the hype about them. I admit, when Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge was released, I was a fan of Helena...and I'm Not Okay. So I bought the CD. I guess it was O.K. at first, but after a few full listens, it started to get annoying, especially the singer's voice.
Now that I've heard The Black Parade, wow. It all sounds the same, there are no complicated riffs, the singer has gotten whinier. I'm sorry but that's what I really think of them. I don't understand why everyone thinks they're awesome.

I like their video for "Helena" a lot. I've enjoyed some of their music, but not all of the songs I've heard.
