I don't like saying it, but the 3rd Star Wars film, Revenge of the Sith, was obviously the most incredible to watch. It was more than a movie, it was more like a rollercoaster ride, with just nonstop action and incredible graphics that you couldn't help staring at. The fact that evil prevails in this film is a let down. As far as movies go, the storylines and plots of films 1 and 2, and 4-6 were equal if not better in many places than 3. I'll never forget seeing the original Star Wars (4) when I was a kid - that just floored me back then!!! So, in that sense, to me, the Original Star Wars: A New Hope is the best because of the nostalgia it holds and the great unknowns it presented to me at the time. Likewise, all the other Star Wars films had great action, epic stories and more impressive special effects with the appearance of each episode.. But if I had to vote, I couldn't let personal sentiment stand in the way of the fact that Star Wars III packed a visual punch that the others films didn't, and it was pure action from start to finish surrounded by awesome special effects, which is what Star Wars is at its best. Revenge of the Sith also finally ties together the storylines of the other episodes.
So wise owl, which one IS the best episode?
Well, let's see, a one, a two whooooo, a three.
A THREE.
Star Wars III, Revenge of the Sith wins.
Or, as Master Yoda might say,"It is the future you see, and the future is in Episode III.

I can't choose between the original Star Wars (1977) or The Empire Strikes Back (1980). They are all great movies but these two are the ones I love to watch. I have to say they tie because they are so good, with Return of the Jedi (1983) coming in third, Revenge of the Sith (2005) fourth, Attack of the Clones (2002) and finally The Phantom Menace (1999) coming in last. I definitely prefer the non-remastered versions of the originals because they are what I grew up with...all the stuff they added later didn't always seem to go with the films, but they were still good. They are just too magnificent to be outdone, even by themselves.

Episode 5: The Empire Strikes Back. I think so because you learn the connections between Luke and Darth Vader and why the Emperor is so keen as to gain Skywalker for an alliance. I also just like any with Vader in it and loved that it ended with a cliff-hanger.

Obviously the 4, 5, and 6 are classics. But I have to say my favorite was "Attack of the Clones."
First off:
-The kid from E1 is gone.
-JAR JAR barely makes an appearance.
Second:
-Obi Wan is tasked with unraveling the mystery of Padme's assassination. He gets to ditch his whiney Padawan, and search the galaxy on his own, ending up at Kamino
-Introduction to the awesome villain, Count Dooku.
-You get to see the events that unfold, resulting in the start of the galaxy shattering Clone Wars
-Remember Luke's fight with the Rancor? Times 3 in the arena fight....
-YODA FIGHTS!!! WITH A LIGHTSABER!!!

I'm still a fan of the original series 4, 5 and 6. It's hard to beat #4, but liked the emotional high (and happy ending) of #6.

Episode 3: Revenge of the Sith
Seeing what exactly happened to turn Anakin to Darth Vader, to learn that it was all an effort to save Padme. It was kind of hard to look at Vader as a bad guy, because I would've done the same thing.
