well no, i need a treadmill for my issues cuz that's how i get over them. O ya 3.5 incline on 7mph for around 10 min.....feel the burn baby!!! lol well not that drastic but i do run on the treadmill when im feeling blue. lol that really had nothing to do with your quesiton im sorry

Yes I am freaking out right now, I hate to wait and I have to wait right now and it is making me very angry. And scared and nervous and antsy. I have a gnawing feeling in the pit of my stomach and I feel like I could puke.
